Connect Notion
Add Notion after Instagram to unlock planner sync, lead-form mirroring, and report archival.
Notion is optional. Instagram is the foundation of the product; Notion is an add-on for users who already operate from a Notion workspace and want their planner, leads, or reports mirrored there.
What it unlocks
- Planner Notion sync — keep your content planner in Wysestats and Notion in step, with edits flowing between the two.
- Lead-form mirroring — submissions to a Wysestats lead form land in a Notion database you choose.
- Report archival — completed reports can be copied into a Notion database for long-term storage and team browsing.
You can connect Notion before using any of these features. Each one binds to its own Notion database, configured separately once the connection is in place.
How the connection state works today
The initial Notion connection lives at the profile level — one connection per profile, granting Wysestats access to a set of Notion pages you choose. Inside that connection, planner and leads each maintain their own database mapping.
Multi-feature concurrent sync is partially live. Planner Notion sync is the most mature. Lead-form mirroring and report archival are progressively rolling out and may require an extra setup step inside the feature itself once the connection exists.
Steps
- Open Account → Connections.
- In the Notion section, click Connect.
- Authorize in Notion. On the Notion authorization screen, choose which pages Wysestats can see. Only the pages you select are visible to us — unselected pages stay invisible. You can revoke this any time from your Notion settings.
- Return to Wysestats. The Notion section now shows your connected Notion workspace.
- Pick which planner database to sync, if you want planner sync. Lead and report integrations are configured from inside their respective features.
Why we ask for limited Notion pages
Notion's authorization screen lets you grant page-by-page access. Wysestats only sees the pages you tick. We cannot list, read, or modify pages you did not grant. You can revoke the entire connection from Notion's settings at any time, which immediately stops all sync.
