Billing & Limits

Billing settings

Manage your plan, payment method, invoices, business details, and tax information from a single billing area inside Wysestats.

The Billing page is the control center for everything related to payments, invoices, and your business information. It lives inside the app under Settings, and you can reach it whether you are on a trial or a paid plan.

Open billing settings

  1. Sign in to Wysestats.
  2. Open the workspace switcher and confirm you are in the workspace you want to manage.
  3. Open Settings and choose Billing.

You will see your current plan, your trial or paid status, the next renewal or end date if one applies, and a list of plans you can switch to.

Manage your payment method

Your payment method, including the card on file and the option to switch to a different card, is handled in a secure billing portal hosted by our payments provider.

  1. From Billing, choose Manage billing.
  2. The billing portal opens in a new tab.
  3. Update the card on file, add a new payment method, or set a default.
  4. Close the portal tab and return to Wysestats. Your changes apply immediately.

If you cannot reach the billing portal, you may not have an active subscription yet. Start a plan first, then reopen Billing.

Download an invoice

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Scroll to Invoice history.
  3. Find the period you need and choose the download option for that row.
  4. The invoice opens as a PDF you can save or forward to your accountant.

Invoices are listed with the most recent on top. If an invoice you expected has not appeared yet, wait a few minutes after a renewal and refresh the page.

Update business details for invoices

Business details, including your company name, billing email, and full address, appear on every invoice. Keep them current so your accounting matches your actual entity.

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Open Business information.
  3. Fill in your company name, billing email, address lines, city, region, postal code, and country.
  4. If you operate as a business in a region with VAT, enter your VAT or tax ID. We use it to apply the correct tax treatment, including cross-border exemptions where they apply.
  5. Save your changes.

The next invoice issued after you save will use the updated details. Earlier invoices keep the values that were on file when they were issued.
