1. About Wysestats

Wysestats is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform operated by Visualsofjulius OY (Finland). It helps you track and understand performance of Instagram Business and Creator accounts and optionally export metrics to Notion.

What the service does

• Connect one or more Instagram Business/Creator accounts and display analytics dashboards
• Track post performance (e.g. reach, views, saves, shares) and account trends (e.g. follower growth)
• Optional competitor tracking using public Business/Creator data (Business Discovery)
• Optional exports/syncs of selected data to your Notion workspace
• Optional AI-powered analysis features (“Lab”) for your own posts

What the service does not do

• Does not publish content to Instagram
• Does not access direct messages (DMs)
• Does not manage comments
• Does not run ads or manage catalogs

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Wysestats
• If you use Wysestats on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company
• If you are an agency or service provider connecting accounts for clients, you represent that you have the necessary permissions and lawful basis to do so

Account creation & security

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login links and session access
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must keep your contact information up to date

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wysestats to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or compromise system security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Collect user information without a lawful basis
• Scrape Instagram or other services in ways that violate their terms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary prompts except where prohibited by law

4. Platform Integrations

Meta / Instagram

• You must have valid accounts and appropriate permissions on connected platforms
• You are responsible for compliance with third-party platform terms of service
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
• You grant us permission to access your platform data as necessary for our service

Notion

• Notion sync is optional and requires you to connect your Notion workspace
• When enabled, Wysestats pushes selected metrics into your Notion databases
• Data stored in Notion is governed by Notion’s terms and policies

Data access principles

• We only access data necessary to provide our analytics services
• You can revoke platform access at any time through your account settings
• We do not store unnecessary personal information from connected platforms

5. Subscription and Billing

Plans and renewal

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the billing period
• You can cancel at any time via your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• Price changes will be communicated in advance where required

Payments, refunds, and taxes

• Payments are handled by Stripe and may require you to provide billing details (including VAT information where applicable)
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• You are responsible for applicable taxes; where required, VAT may be charged or reverse-charged based on your status
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access after reasonable notice

6. Data and Privacy

• Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited right to process it to provide the service.
• We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can export and delete your data using in-app tools.
• We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

7. AI Features (“Lab”) and Disclaimers

• Lab features may send your content inputs (captions, image URLs, and video audio for transcription) to OpenAI for processing.
• AI outputs are recommendations and analysis only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice.
• You remain responsible for what you post and how you use the outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

Our rights

• Wysestats and its technology are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Your rights

• You retain ownership of your content and data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service
• You may not claim ownership of our intellectual property

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Third-party services (Meta/Instagram, Notion, Stripe) may change or be unavailable

Termination by you

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period
• You can request account deletion and data removal

Termination by us

• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• We will provide data export options before termination when possible

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, where Visualsofjulius OY is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
