Usage and quotas
Understand the limits your plan applies to connected accounts, competitor watchlists, post history, refresh cadence, and AI features.
Each plan applies a set of limits to how much you can connect, track, and store inside Wysestats. The Usage and quotas view inside Billing shows where you stand against those limits, and this page explains the categories in plain language.
Connected Instagram accounts
The number of Instagram accounts you can connect to a workspace depends on your plan.
- Solo is built around a single connected account.
- Creator supports a small group of accounts, suitable for a creator with a couple of brands or a small team.
- Pro supports the largest number of connected accounts and is the right choice for agencies and multi-brand teams.
When you reach your account limit, the connect flow tells you which limit you hit and which plan would raise it.
Competitor watchlist size
The watchlist powers Competitors and Explore. Larger watchlists let you compare your content against more accounts and surface more outliers.
- Solo keeps the watchlist focused on a small set of competitors.
- Creator offers a larger watchlist suited to a working competitive set.
- Pro offers the largest watchlist and is the best fit if you actively monitor a wide market.
If you try to add more accounts than your plan allows, the watchlist will tell you and link to the upgrade flow.
Post history depth
Post history is how far back the product retains your posts for filtering, charts, and analysis. Higher plans keep a longer history, which helps when you want to compare months or run a longer review window.
If a post drops off the available range, that history is no longer queryable from the product. To preserve a snapshot for the long term, export the data you care about before the older window expires.
Refresh cadence
Refresh cadence is how often Wysestats updates your account data from Instagram. A faster cadence means the numbers you see line up more closely with what is currently happening.
- Solo uses a daily refresh.
- Creator refreshes more often during the day.
- Pro has the fastest cadence available in the product.
If you trigger a manual refresh in the connection settings, the next scheduled refresh still runs as normal afterwards.
AI-assisted features
Some AI-driven surfaces, including content recommendations, voiceover analysis, and series suggestions, are reserved for higher plans. When a feature is gated behind a plan, the product shows you a clear unlock prompt rather than letting you start the action and then failing.
Why this view matters
Open Usage and quotas when you want to answer:
- "Why can I not add another account?"
- "How long will this much history stay available?"
- "How often does my data refresh on this plan?"
- "Which limit is the one pushing me to upgrade?"
For exact figures, including current prices and the precise numbers that go with each plan, see the in-product pricing page or the comparison table inside Settings.
